Thank you for choosing LUXIS Design’s monthly maintenance services for your website. We are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your needs and expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as described below.

Subscription Refund Policy

We accept subscription refunds before the Monthly Maintenance Report is provided to the customer. We provide monthly maintenance reports on the 28th of every month. If you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, you must notify us before the Monthly Maintenance Report is provided to you.

If you cancel your subscription before the Monthly Maintenance Report is provided, we will refund the prorated amount of your subscription fee for the remaining days in the month. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any previous month’s subscription fee.

Unsubscribe Policy

You can always unsubscribe from our monthly maintenance services by going to your My Account dashboard and clicking on My Subscription -> Unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month.

Please note that once the Monthly Maintenance Report is provided to you, we will assume that you have received and accepted our services for that month, and no refunds will be provided.

Thank you for choosing LUXIS AI Blogger for your content creation needs. We strive to provide exceptional AI-driven blogging services that meet your expectations. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with our services, we have outlined our refund policy below.

AI Blogger Subscription Refund Policy

We offer refunds for the AI Blogger subscription if a cancellation request is made before the AI-generated content is published for the month. Our AI Blogger generates and schedules content in advance, typically as soon as we finished our integration with our AI tool to your website. To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your subscription before this scheduled content release date.

If you cancel your subscription prior to the content release, we will issue a full refund for the of the month. It is important to note that refunds are not available for any services rendered in previous billing cycles.

Unsubscribe Policy

You have the freedom to unsubscribe from our AI Blogger service at any time through your My Account dashboard by selecting My Subscription -> Unsubscribe. Ensure you unsubscribe before the next billing period to avoid future charges.

Please be aware that once the scheduled content for the month is released, the service for that month is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued.
